His birth name is Adebayo Tijani born on March 24, 1975 in Agbole Alubata in Oyo town. He hails from a typical Yoruba family of bata drummers, he had however admitted that he not appreciable when it comes to drumming.

He had his higher education at the Federal School of Survey in Oyo Town, Oyo State, where he studied Survey and Geo-Formatics Engineering and earned a National Diploma.
