Tekno otherwise known as Tekno Miles was born on December 17th, 1992 in Ivo, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. Tekno was born in a family of six where he has four male siblings and the other being the only female.

Tekno didn’t get the chance to spend his entire childhood in his hometown due to his education and the fact that his father was a member of the Nigerian Army which brings about his regular transfer from one state to another.

Some of the states he stayed are Nassarawa, Kaduna, and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Tekno Miles after the completion of his secondary education attended a music school where he had learned more about music and also learned how to play the piano and guitar.

Tekno after graduating from the music school started his music career and release his first debut studio single which was titled “Holiday”. The song welcomed the guest’s performance of the 30BG boss, Davido, and was accepted by the majority of people.

He released the song while he was signed under the K-Money Entertainment record label that helped him make the song go viral.

In 2012, Tekno moved to Lagos in order to face his career squarely as he was advised by Ubi and Iyanya.

Getting to Lagos, Tekno began to release a number of good songs and around October 2013, his good works made him get signed into the Made Men Music Group, which is a Nigerian record label owned by Ubi Franklin.

Tekno is also currently in a distribution deal with the Nigerian branch of the award-winning record label, Universal Music Group.
