When Will NECO 2022/2023 Registration Start
NECO registration date 2022 has NOT been announced. I will update this page as soon as official updates are released by the official NECO board.
How Much Is NECO Registration Form 2022
NECO registration form 2022 price is Eleven Thousand, Three Hundred And Fifty Naira Only (N11,350) Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred And Fifty Naira Only (N9,850) following the reduction of JAMB UTME form price and NECO form price in 2018.
However, since it is an internal NECO exam (June/July), you have to register at a secondary school i.e you cannot register for NECO 2022 by yourself on www.mynecoexams.com.
That way, NECO 2022 price will be higher than the one stated above depending on the school you register at.
NECO form fee can be paid via bank draft or to school management if internal registration. The payment can be done in any NECO office, bank and Nipost office nationwide.
How To Register For NECO 2022
Before registering for NECO, candidates are advised to note that:
- The exam’s body will not refund the registration fee when once paid. However, candidates are advised to use a good cyber café as registration errors are detrimental to the candidates.
- With the emergence of an e-society, NECO has since migrated from offline to online registration. To register, candidates are to visit the NECO website at www.mynecoexams.com and complete the registration process.
- The current passport of the candidate will be required during the registration process. Coupled with the registration, the biometric fingerprint will be captured. Any candidate without a verified fingerprint will not be allowed to take part in the exams.
To register for the NECO examination, candidates are to obtain a draft and pay a non-refundable fee of Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred And Fifty Naira Only (N9,850) and Fifty Naira (N50) stamp duty paid via bank draft or to school management if internal registration.
The payment can be done in any NECO office, bank and Nipost office nationwide. The registration fee covers:
- A CD on exams ethnics
- Cost for biometric data and capture
- As well as the administrative charges

How Many Subjects To Register For NECO 2022
NOTE: The minimum number of subjects a candidate can sit for is eight while the maximum is nine. All Senior Secondary schools in the Federation present Candidates for the SSCE Internal.

- Compulsory Cross-Cutting Subjects

- Humanities
- Business Studies and
- Trade/Entrepreneurship.
