  • Choose option 1 to select cardless withdrawal
  • Choose option 1 or 2 to select either GT Bank or Other Banks
  • If option is other banks, kindly enter terminal as 1 or 2 to select ATM or POS
  • Input Amount
  • Enter a 4 digits code you can easily remember to set up your PIN
  • Finally, enter your newly created PIN to activate your Cardless Withdrawal request.

 

Note : A reference code will be sent to your mobile phone as an SMS, then you can find the nearest ATM to make your withdrawal.

 

GT Bank Cardless Withdrawal Using Internet Banking

  • Log on to your GT Bank internet banking by inputting your User ID and Password.
  • Locate and click on Account Transfers
  • Click on cardless withdrawal (GT Rescue)
  • If you want to use other banks ATM, click Pay Code
  • Fill the form with your correct GT Bank account details such as your name, account number, phone number, etc.
  • Confirm the details you inputted are correct and accurate.
  • Proceed to answer a secret question which you’ll be asked.
  • Input Token code sent to you
  • Submit request.

  • Head on to google playstore, Apple Store or App world depending on your phone brand and download the GT – World app
  • Log on to your GT Bank Mobile App by correctly inputting your User ID and Password
  • Locate and click on Cardless Withdrawal
  • Click on Cash Out (GT Bank ATMs)
  • If you want to withdraw from other banks ATM, click on Cash Out (All ATMs and POS)
  • Complete the form that displays correctly with your details.
  • Proceed by inputting your 4 digits pin or Token Code sent to you.
  • Click on done to complete your request.

Perform Cardless Withdrawal using GT Bank ATM

  • Locate any functioning and dispensing GT Bank ATM
  • Click the ENTER button on the ATM
  • Click on Cardless Withdrawal (GT – Rescue)
  • Proceed by inputting the reference code sent to your mobile number.
  • Input amount
  • Press the Enter Button.
  • Successfully collect your cash

 

OTHER BANKS ATM

  • Locate any functioning and dispensing ATM machine
  • Price the ENTER button
  • Choose the option Pay Code
  • Proceed by inputting the Pay Code number sent to your mobile phone number.
  • Enter your Cash Out pin (The one you set while doing your internet or mobile banking.
  • Enter Amount
  • Click on enter to finalize the transaction
  • Collect your dispensed cash
