If you own a business or company with total annual revenue of approximately $80k, you can open a branch office in the UK with a functional Bank account. Additionally, you will be given the sole Representative of an Overseas Business Visa.
Accordingly, here is a summary of the requirement.
Summary of the requirements
In this visa, we would open a UK Private Limited Company as a branch office for the overseas parent company and open a UK Business account for this company with you as the signatory on the bank account.
You would be the shareholder for the UK Private Limited Company
You will receive UK full residency for you and your family for 3 years. After 3 years it will be extended for a further 2 years. After 5 years you will receive permanent residency (IRL) on year 6 we will apply for British Passports for you and your family. All children have access to free education from 5years to 18years of age and free world class healthcare in the UK.
To obtain citizenship you should spend 180 days in the UK every 12 months for 5 years. The 180 days can be non-consecutive. If you do not meet the 180 days’ requirements your visa will be extended automatically until you meet the criteria..
