Nigeria currently has 36 states with the Federal Capital Territory Abuja being the nation’s capital and the seat of the Federal government.

After Independence in 1960, Nigerian begin forming her own states, on this page. It should not come as a surprise to you that not all Nigerians know all the States of the federation, their capital, and slogans not to talk of who their current governor is, it is why we have taken it upon ourselves to make the information available for our esteemed audience.
