How to apply

  • To apply for the award program, you need to visit the Individual Award page to find out all the award programs available.
  • Then review all and pick the one that best suits you
  • Now complete the online registration which Biographical information, Academic, professional and extracurricular accomplishments, Fulbright project plans, Details of the US institution(s) to which you will be affiliated, Three referee nominations would be required.
  • The following documents would be required to be scanned and uploaded on the website ( Scanned passport photo page, CV, Letter of invitation from your prospective US institution (this must be sought independently by you from the institution/department) Employer Promissory Statement (Welsh Public Sector Award applicants only) Creative writing or artwork sample (if applicable) )
