- Text ATM to 30811 (Using the SIM card you used for your Diamond Bank account registration)
- A code for the transaction will be sent to your mobile phone within few minutes
- Locate and move to the nearest Diamond Bank ATM machine.
- Select the magic cash option
- You’ll be asked to provide your phone number. Kindly do so by inputting the county’s code (+234) for Nigeria
- Input a 4 digits code you’ll like to use as your Paycode pin or magic cash pin (This pin will also be used for future transactions, don’t forget it)
- Now that you have set up your magic cash pin proceed to withdraw using the magic cash option
- Fill in the necessary details required which will be displayed on the ATM screen. (This mainly include your Diamond Bank account details just for security reasons)
- Enter your desired amount (Make sure it’s an amount to have in your Diamond Bank account)
- Enter your Magic Cash Pin you created earlier
- Press OK!
- Withdraw your cash
